So how can boundaries help you feel more energized and excited about your offerings?

- they can provide the required respite and breaks that our bodies and minds require in order to function properly

Here are a few examples of what boundaries can look like:
- saying no (and doing so without any apologies)
- having set office or working hours
- not over-scheduling yourself
- being firm with how and when your clients can access you
- removing apps or notifications outside of working hours
And lastly, a few quick tips to enforce your boundaries:
- utilize your out of office to communicate with your clients
- include your working / office hours in your email signature, website, social media etc
- keep your contracts and terms and conditions up to date and with clear details of your working hours and deliverables
- willpower... yup... sheer old willpower
